Worked in partnership with Sa’hetw Consulting to support the strategic planning and organizational development of the Indigenous Curatorial Collective, a national arts service organization dedicated to advancing Indigenous curatorial practices. Facilitated a 3 day planning retreat hosted at daphne gallery (Montreal, Canada) in October 2023, led engagement, interviews, and feedback sessions with board, staff, and community stakeholders to develop a values-driven roadmap grounded in Indigenous governance principles, honour statements for ICCA, cultural autonomy, and sectoral transformation. The work emphasized long-term sustainability, clarity of mission, and alignment with ICCA’s advocacy for Indigenous-led arts leadership and institutional accountability.
